With a degree in Tourism, majoring in hospitality, and more than 13 years of experience in managing a hospitality business in the Bay of Plenty with her husband Ryan, Katherine has a superb combination of academic and practical experience and it was this that led her to create the concept of MunaHR. 

Offering other hospitality business owners and managers a way to effectively and efficiently manage their HR systems enables them to work on their business, confident in the knowledge they have access to a best practice system to manage their HR requirements.
