What we want:
We are looking for Barista's to join our busy cafe, this is a role suited to people with two years or more Barista experience working in a high output cafe, producing in excess of 500 coffees a day through the busy summer season. This is a dynamic role requiring a bright, bubbly personality who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers. Multitasking and working well under pressure is a necessity.
Hospitality can be a demanding career and requires people with a strong sense of self, work ethic and wellbeing. You will be working in a Team that works together really well and who enjoy a positive, highly motivated work culture.
