This is a full time position, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Pay rate $30.00 - $33.00 per hour.

You will be responsible for over-seeing the daily operations of the bar, supervising a small team of bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times, managing inventory, maintaining a safe and clean environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws are adhered to.

Role requirements:
• minimum 1 year previous experience in a customer service role or similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given 
• at least 1 year experience leading a small team
• basic computer and system experience for marketing
• barista experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
• excellent front line customer service skills
• have strong communication skills
• have a can do attitude
• be able to follow directions and safety requirements as per NZ legislation
• able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
• be a team player
