Our Low and Slow Smoked restaurant requires an experienced, passionate meat-loving leader to join our team.

Our American inspired BBQ menu consists of incredibly tasty smoked meat platters, (which we Smoke ourselves offsite in our 2 x 1.5 tonne smokers) quality unique burgers, fast fried BBQ food, steaks from our butchery and an emphasis on local and quality.

A separate smoker is also on a trailer allowing us to head to functions, shows, rodeos and concerts for a change of scene.

We also have in our Smoke brand a new smoke themed restaurant in Ashburton. We have a large craft beer bar, onsite smokehouse, butchery and everything Smoke shop inside an old warehouse in the township of Ashburton.

We would love to find someone who is as passionate about this cuisine as we are but if you havn't had the experience, we will inspire you and show you how to create what we do.

Previous experience in American cuisine or a steakhouse is an advantage
