Award-winning Fife Lane Kitchen & Bar, we provide our community with a unique, committed hospitality business and inspire in our team a passion for exceptional food, wine and service.

We have a large focus on creating genuine hospitality and an elevated dining experience. Tuesday to Saturday from 3pm.

What do we offer?
A minimum of 15-20 hours a week, as well as a competitive base wage we recognise improvement and ability within the employee.

• Bonus structure called PIP for all staff. This is a weekly bonus of a percentage of sales when we hit our goal, as well as weekly tips.
• A team with operational programs and open-book management that allow you to understand the business side of Fife Lane and use these to help develop and grow your skillset.
• We have regular training opportunities, both in-house and online, available to all staff and actively encourage our team to upskill.
• Sunday and Monday off every week

Our goal is to continue building our team of world-class people. 

The successful candidate will have;
 Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role

• Confidence in communicating, both with guests and colleagues.
• Minimum of basic food and beverage/wine knowledge but we are always happy to share knowledge and help you grow.
• The ability to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced, busy environment (we are fully booked most nights)
• A passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
