Hello chef,

Loretta is recruiting an experienced, mature and ambitious young Sous Chef looking for their next opportunity. You'll be stepping into an organised, professional and well-run kitchen, and you'll be able to apply your skill and your knowledge from day one.

What we're looking for is someone with the right attitude. You will have a natural sense of optimism, you'll take pride in your work, and you will enjoy being a part of a team. This is a full time role (minimum 32 hour contact), and includes 6 shifts (one double). You must be available to work all days of the week, as we operate a rotating 7 day roster.
