SUNDAYS is a charming wood-fired eatery and drink(ery), nestled within the walls of a beautifully restored church from 1933 and we're looking for Experienced Servers & a Duty Manager to join our close-knit team! Here in Country Lane, Frankton, we've created more than just a dining destination – it's a community hub where locals (and everyone else) gather to indulge in the warmth of wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, Italian-inspired shared plates and delicious drinks. 

Who you are: 

As an Experienced Server or Duty Manager you are a vital member of the front of house team. You ensure every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality, delicious food, and meaningful connections. Working closely with our venue manager, you will lead by example, assist with the flow of bookings, provide warm and attentive hospitality, and contribute to refining our operational systems.

What you'll do:

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
• Know our menus inside out
• Support daily operations, including opening, closing and cleaning procedures
• Effectively and empathetically communicate with colleagues, guests and the kitchen
• Foster connections with your colleagues, guests, suppliers and wider community
• Kaizen – demonstrate and eagerness to learn, grow and continuously improve

About you: 

• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• LCQ or Manager's Certificate is a plus
• Barista / bartending experience is a plus
