We are currently hiring motivated and energetic chefs to join our kitchen team.
This role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to benefit from multiple income streams. Your competitive hourly rate will also be complemented weekly performance based incentives, meaning you can have a direct impact on what you earn. Our team also enjoys the added bonus of guest gratuities.
We require the successful candidate to possess the following attributes:
- An extensive knowledge of and passion for the restaurant industry.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with reporting managers and team members.
- To display patience, positivity, optimism, resilience, integrity and initiative.
- Dedication to and focus on providing exceptional guests experience by always striving to exceed expectations.
- The willingness to respect, manage, maintain and improve the recognised operating systems of the business.
- Excellent knowledge of software programs such as google docs, word, excel and email management.
- Advanced knowledge of cost control measures and the ability to meet agreed financial goals. In particular wages and cost of goods targets.
- Minimum 2 Years experience as a chef.
Full time position with set roster and a great work/life balance. Start within the next 3 weeks.
Training and familiarisation of systems will be provided as part of your onboarding and familiarisation process.
