This information includes but is not limited to your, your employee or a job candidate’s name, contact details, IRD number, where you reside, educational background, employment background, job qualifications and work eligibility. For job candidates, this would also include personal information that is relevant to your job application.

We do not retain your financial information. However, we use the payment processing platform Stripe to assist in online payment processing. When making payment for our services, you will be taken to Stripe’s payment platform where you will be asked to complete your payment information. Stripe may have its own terms and conditions and privacy policy. You are encouraged to read their terms and conditions and privacy policy

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you contact us, we use your personal information to communicate with you about your request.

We may hold information about you in the Software database to facilitate the onboarding, employee management and termination process. Further information regarding our retention policy is set out below.

  • (a)  verify your identity when you request to access and/or correct any of the personal information we hold about you; 
     
  • (b)  provide services to you and improve the services we provide to you;
