How to apply your digital signature to a document request

MunaHR - Employee How to Apply Your Digital Signature to a Document Request 

  1. From your Dashboard you can view any documents that require completion or you can navigate to “Documents” and select “Draft Documents”
  2. “Select” the Document Card, and then view the file.
  3. Review the document you have been assigned.
  4. If you agree select the tickbox that says “Signature”
  5. Select “OK” in the pop-up box.
  6. Sign in the box provided - Select Save
  7. The document will be updated and available to view under your documents at any stage.
